Completeness is king. A game with its case, manual and any inserts is worth more than a loose disc, so hunt down the bits before you bring them in. Give discs a gentle wipe and check for deep scratches; a clean, readable disc grades higher than a grubby one.
Consoles trade well when they are complete too — the right power lead, a working controller and the AV cables. If something is missing you can still trade, it just affects the offer, and we will always tell you why.
