Terms & conditions
These terms cover your use of this website and any order you place with Power Up Corner Ltd.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Power Up Corner Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England & Wales under company number 10247193. Our registered office is Unit 5, Fryer Street, Wolverhampton WV1 1HT. Our VAT number is GB 284 1975 63. You can reach us at hello@powerupcorner.uk.
2. Placing an order
The products shown on the site are an invitation to order, not an offer. When you place an order you are offering to buy; a contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation and the payment instructions. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock or there is a pricing error — and if we do, we won't take payment.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged as set out on our delivery page. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Clearpay or bank transfer. After you order, we email you the payment instructions for your chosen method; we do not collect card details on this site. Goods remain our property until paid for in full.
4. Condition of goods
Some of our stock is pre-owned. The condition of each pre-owned item is stated on its product page and reflects our honest assessment after testing. Pre-owned items are usually single copies; minor cosmetic wear consistent with age is normal and is taken into account in the grade and the price.
5. Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked 48, typically within 2–4 working days of payment clearing. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If an item is faulty or arrives damaged, contact us and we will resolve it.
6. Cancellation and returns
As a consumer you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and we extend our own goodwill returns window to 30 days. Full details, including the exceptions for sealed media once unsealed, are set out in our returns policy.
7. Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including that goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
8. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses, as this site is supplied for domestic and private use.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. We are not obliged, and do not agree, to use an alternative dispute resolution provider.
